Ravencrest Property Group was founded by founders, Allie Thomas and Najheria Moore; experienced real estate professionals with years of industry experience, to support property owners navigating real estate decisions that feel uncertain, time-sensitive, or complex. Together, they created Ravencrest with a clear purpose: to bring structure, transparency, and follow-through to situations where traditional approaches often fall short. Their shared belief is that real estate decisions should feel informed and steady - not rushed or pressured.

As co-founders, Allie and Najheria lead the business through a balanced partnership. Allie works directly with property owners, guiding conversations, clarifying options, and helping sellers understand what makes the most sense for their situation. Najheria oversees deal structure and execution, ensuring that once a path forward is chosen, every detail is handled with care, discipline, and consistency through closing.
